AL's Adventures in Eastern Europe and Israel--I've been keeping a daily journal since January of 1993, and this journal, from the summer of 1997, turned out to be too interesting to keep for myself. I spent two weeks touring Eastern Europe and concentration camps, and six weeks touring Israel. Here you'll find out about everything I did that summer and my reflections on it.
